Withdrawal or Non-Attendance
No refund is provided if an applicant or student withdraws, changes their plans, does not attend, does not complete a program, or does not use the services or access made available to them.

Applicants and students are responsible for reviewing program information, schedules, eligibility requirements, fee details, and payment instructions before making a payment.

Payment Concerns
A suspected duplicate or incorrect transaction should be reported promptly through the official contact page for verification. Reporting a transaction does not create an entitlement to a refund.
